He is recognized for his focus on precision planning, AI-driven estimating, and a core philosophy of People, Training, Service, Growth (P-T-S-G).
- Leo Lartey, Co-President & Field Operations Lead – With 25+ years of hands-on experience in moisture mitigation, leveling, and polishing, Leo brings a rare combination of technical mastery and field leadership. He has built safety-first crews known for delivering projects on time and on spec in even the most challenging environments.
